Get Rid of some things I’ve never worn, or can no longer fit.

If you are like me here are a few Tips for getting rid of closet clutter.

1. Donate: To Places like goodwills, or people in need of gently used clothes, such as shelters, Salvation Army and things of that nature. It will help benefit someone else who could really use it and  it’s a tax write off at the end of the year.

2. Sell through an app and get paid for it.  A lot of people are selling gently used items through the apps such as  Facebook market, Tradesy, and  ThredsUp just to name a few. I haven’t tried any of them yet, but I have watched people I know make some good cash through those apps.  I personally prefer and have tried the PoshMark  App. It’s another great cash earning app. Others like eBay, Amazon are also good. It”s a ton more out there, you just have to do your research.

3. Stores: Take Your unwanted items to a store and get cash for it.  This one I certainly do! Especially when it comes to clothes I have never worn, or clothes I have only worn once. They’re tons of these stores in California,  but you can search your local area for stores who give you cash for money. One I know that is in most states and is very popular, that I myself use is Plato’s Closet.

4. Hold a Garage Sale: I haven’t done this in a long time. But This is another Great way to make money, meet new neighbors and get your family involved in helping with your sales.

Whatever you do, quit putting it off and clean out your closet. LOL!
